The phase 4 game is called ‘Phonics of Fortune’. It can be played in two ways. Children can spin the spinner and find a picture that contains the digraph sound, this encourages their blending skills. Children could then write a sentence using the digraph that they landed on.  Another way to play is that children can be shown the digraph using the flashcards and play against a peer and see who can show the pictures that contains the digraph sound the fastest. All the resources are downloadable here; Images, sounds and sound mats. You just need to make a spinner with the phase 4 sounds on.
